• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. We will notify you in case of significant delay.
Shipping & Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
• Within Kerala: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days
Delivery timelines may vary based on:
• Customer location
• Courier partner delays
• Weather or unforeseen circumstances
Maunalova is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or natural events.
Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• Any promotional free-shipping offers will be mentioned on the website or product page.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to track your shipment in real time.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
• Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply.
Exchange Shipping
For approved size/fit exchanges:
• Reverse pickup will be arranged where possible.
• If not serviceable, customers may be asked to self-ship the product.
• Replacement will be dispatched after quality check of returned product.
